Barbara Oldham, Doctoral Candidate: Mrs. Oldham recently launched a new business entity, Elite Financial Strategies Inc., and is Chairwoman of Pieces of the Dream Foundation Inc., which helps empower underprivileged families. In her current position at Elite Financial Strategies Inc., Mrs. Oldham collaborates with various clients. She focuses on providing practical tax-efficient structures and strategies to closely held businesses, business owners/entrepreneurs, and corporate executives.

With over 25 years of experience, Barbara Oldham's primary areas of concentration are Individual taxes, C-Corp, Single-member LLC, Partnership LLC, LLP, S-Corp, Trust, Non-profit entities, multi-state taxation, and international taxation. She is a tax planner, tax strategist, grant writer, and compliance auditor; she has experience setting up new loan-out corporations, also known as personal service corporations (PSC). Loan-out corporations are commonly used in the entertainment industry. She oversees all financial records for business managers managing financials for private banking clients. She also has a wide range of experience and expertise in accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, and tax software.

Barbara is an innovative and driven accountant. Her commitment to learning and growth is evident in her willingness to take on new challenges, even when they push her out of her comfort zone. She has strong people skills and has gained the confidence and respect of colleagues in her industry. She leads by example, rolls her sleeves to find solutions, and does the job.

Barbara is an effective communicator with strong leadership skills and results-driven ability. She stands above the rest, bridging the gap between what others can't accomplish and what can be done,

instilling confidence in her clients and colleagues. She possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills and can conceptualize and implement well-thought-out decisions. She is self-motivated, detail-oriented, organized, and consciously aware of the importance of meeting deadlines; she functions well in a high-stress atmosphere.

Barbara is married to Darn Oldham, a mother of three exceptional children and a grandmother of seven. She loves vegan foods, red wine, reading, and watching movies. Barbara also loves writing and published her first novel, "The Fallen Pedestal," in 2023. She enjoys socializing and meeting new people.

Barbara graduated from Florida State University in 1996 with an MBA in Finance and Accounting. In 2018, she enrolled at Pepperdine University and earned a certificate as a Financial Advisor. In January 2023, Barbara completed a course in International Taxation from UCLA Extension. Pursuing continued education, in May 2023, she attended the University of Georgia (UGA) and holds a certificate in grant writing. Barbara is currently enrolled at Regent University, pursuing her Ph.D. in Psychology.
